Positions that we hire for include: line cooks, broiler, pantry, dishwashers, servers, server assistants, hosts/hostess, food runners and bartenders. Candidates must have at least two years of recent experience in their position along with steady employment. We only hire individuals that have full evening availability.

To be considered for one of these positions, (Servers and Bartenders) you must have at least two years of upscale restaurant service, be well versed in wines and beverage service, and have an excellent work record including at least three restaurant referrals. For the kitchen positions, you must have experience in upscale restaurants with an excellent referral basis.
